Refund Policy
1. Digital Service Nature
This is a digital service delivered immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Statutory Rights
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal (for example in the EU/UK), you request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully delivered.
3. Eligible Refunds
- If the service is not delivered due to a technical issue
- If report generation fails (text or image), a full refund will be issued automatically
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Cases where refunds are required by law
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds for change of mind may be restricted after the service has been delivered, except where statutory cancellation rights apply.
If the email address entered at checkout is incorrect or unreachable, this is not eligible for a refund. Please ensure the email address is accurate at the time of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact [email protected] with your order details (email, payment receipt, and payment date/time). Payments are processed via Polar checkout, and refunds are issued through Polar as well.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days (timing may vary by card issuer).
